2. What this website collects
The forms on this website do not send anything to a server. When you press “Send on WhatsApp”, your details are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device, and nothing is sent until you press send in WhatsApp. Nothing you type into the forms is stored on this website.
If you allow analytics in the cookie settings, the site counts anonymous page views with Vercel Web Analytics. This does not use cookies and does not identify you personally. The hosting provider (Vercel) may process technical data such as IP addresses in server logs to deliver the site and keep it secure.
3. What we receive when you contact us
When you send a WhatsApp message or an email, we receive what you choose to share, usually:
- your name and phone number or email address;
- the listing you are asking about, your budget or property details;
- your message and any documents or photos you send.
4. How we use it
- to answer your questions about listings, viewings, selling or renting;
- to arrange viewings or share property details and documents you asked for;
- to prepare a listing when you ask us to list your property.
We do not sell personal information and do not use it for advertising.
5. Sharing
With your agreement, relevant details may be shared with a property owner, buyer or tenant, or with a notary (PPAT), so that a viewing or a transaction can go ahead. Messages travel through WhatsApp (Meta) or your email provider, under their own privacy terms.
6. How long we keep it
Conversations are kept for as long as they are useful for the enquiry or transaction, and for any period required by Indonesian law. You can ask for your messages and details to be deleted at any time.
7. Your rights
Under Indonesia’s Personal Data Protection Law (Law No. 27 of 2022), you can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information we hold about you, and to withdraw consent you gave earlier. Contact us using the details above.
